Mini Bodyworker

Description

These little rollers work best for the back, especially between the shoulder blades. They can actually be more intense than the full-size roller because you don’t have the long ends supporting some of your weight which means these get right into the muscles along your spine.

Mini: 3.75” long, 2.8” diameter. This massages the full width of your back muscles and gives the spine a nice extension.

Micro-Mini: 3” long, 2.6” diameter. Some people find this to be more gentle because of the smaller diameter. However, because it is narrower, it pinpoints the smaller muscles closer to your spine and can actually feel more intense than the Mini.
